Most Outstanding New Care Home for Adults with Dementia

Amy Woodgate House has been named ‘Most Outstanding New Care Home for Adults with Dementia’ at the UK Over-50s Housing Awards 2010.
Held at Central Hall, Westminster, these awards were devised to give recognition to efforts to:
- Advance the profitability/surplus of all industry sectors
- Reward those who lift and enhance via innovation the customer experience/enjoyment
Keegans and ECD Architects worked together to complete Amy Woodgate in April 2009. The completed facility accommodates 40 residential clients, as well as has 30 day care places and 4 respite rooms and remains a flagship project and model for future care homes.
